Accommodating up to nine guests, the villa is arranged across two levels and offers generous indoor and outdoor living spaces.

The ground floor features an open-plan kitchen, dining area, and living room overlooking the pool. On the same level, guests will find a king-size bedroom with pool views, a second bedroom with bunk beds, and a bathroom.

The upper floor is connected by an internal staircase and includes a spacious lounge area with a sofa bed, a large dining table, a bathroom, and two additional bedrooms. The master bedroom enjoys views of the pool, while the second bedroom is equipped with bunk beds. A baby cot can be provided upon request.

The villa also offers complimentary Wi-Fi, private parking, and all the amenities required for a comfortable stay.

Outdoor Living

The outdoor area is designed for relaxation throughout the year. At its centre lies a heated swimming pool measuring 10 × 5 metres, surrounded by sun loungers and landscaped gardens.

Guests can enjoy al fresco dining in the shaded outdoor dining area or prepare meals on the premium Broil King barbecue. The spacious terrace creates the perfect setting for long summer evenings with family and friends.

A private pathway from the property leads directly towards the beach, located just 100 metres away, where the crystal-clear waters of Schinias Bay await.
